GAIL Q3 Results soon to be declared and interim dividend on 31st January

Mumbai: Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd are in focus as the company is soon going to announce the financial results of the December-end quarter and will consider the interim payment of dividend for FY 2025-26.

According to the exchange filing, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday, 31st January, 2026 to, inter-alia, consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 and to consider payment of Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.

For the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if so, approved by the Board, the “Record Date” will be Thursday, 05th February, 2026, the filing added.

Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited, which was already closed from 1st January, 2026 (Thursday) shall remain closed till 2nd February, 2026 (Monday) for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as per the Insider Trading Code of the company.
