Major PSUs to declare earnings this week
New Delhi: The financial quarter earnings of third quarter for major public sector undertakings are yet to be announced for some public sector companies with investors and analysts measuring the earnings calls to compare and review the both financial results of the quarter. Some of the Public Sector companies have already announced the schedule of earnings call to declare the Q3FY26 results with investment analysis. The PSU companies who are going to declare their financial results are Coal India Ltd, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Oil India Ltd, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd etc.
Coal India Ltd: The Coal producing PSU, Coal India Ltd has announced to declare the third quarter financial results on 12th February, 2026 and will also declare the interim dividend for FY 2025-26. The interim dividend of record date 31 January, 2025 is Rs 5.60 per share which is considered to be second largest after FY 2024-25 dividend of Rs 15.75 per share. Recently, the company’s subsidiary BCCL (Bharat Coking Coal Ltd) has declared its IPO in January 2026 with capital raising of Rs 1,068.78 crore with OFS of 46.57 crore shares.
ONGC Ltd: The Oil major PSU company ONGC Ltd will also announce the FY 25-26 results on 12-02-2026 along with the second interim dividend. The company has declared an equity dividend amounting to Rs 7.25 per share and at the current share price of Rs 267.55, with dividend yield is 2.71%.
HAL: The Defence major PSU, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd will declare the financial results on 10-02-2026 and has declared around 14 dividends since March 28, 2019. The company has declared an equity dividend to Rs 4.00 per share.
Oil India Ltd: This oil major producing PSU will declare the financial results on 10-02-2026 and will also declare the second interim dividend for FY25-26. The company has declared 40 dividends since Feb, 2010. The company has also declared an equity dividend to Rs 12.00 per share with current share price of Rs 491.4 and dividend yield of 2.44%.
Amongst, all major PSUs the Defence PSUs with strong momentum growth is offering significant dividend payout for the investors with prominent and relevant opportunities providing payrolls.
