MRPL Q3 & 9M FY 2025-26 Results: Net Profit Rises to ₹1,445 Crore in Q3

Mumbai: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC and a Schedule ‘A’ Government of India Enterprise, on Wednesday announced its un-audited financial results for the third quarter (Q3 FY 2025-26) and nine months (9M FY 2025-26) ended December 31, 2025, following approval by the Board of Directors.

Financial Highlights – Q3 FY 2025-26 (Standalone)

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹29,720 Crore (Q3 FY 2024-25: ₹25,601 Crore)

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹2,214 Crore (Q3 FY 2024-25: ₹469 Crore)

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,445 Crore (Q3 FY 2024-25: ₹304 Crore)

  • Debt-to-Equity Ratio: Improved from 0.79 (Sep 30, 2025) to 0.63 (Dec 31, 2025)

Financial Highlights – 9M FY 2025-26 (Standalone)

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹76,661 Crore (9M FY 2024-25: ₹81,676 Crore)

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹2,786 Crore (9M FY 2024-25: Loss ₹471 Crore)

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,812 Crore (9M FY 2024-25: Loss ₹313 Crore)

  • Total Borrowing: Reduced from ₹12,867 Crore to ₹9,290 Crore

  • Debt-to-Equity Ratio: Improved from 0.99 (Mar 31, 2025) to 0.63 (Dec 31, 2025)

Operational Highlights

  • Total throughput (crude + others) for 9M FY 2025-26 stood at 12.65 MMT against 13.54 MMT in 9M FY 2024-25.

  • Commenced storing crude in Cavern Storage facility leased from ISPRL, Mangalore.

  • Processed Sarir Mesla crude from Libya (API ~37.24) for the first time at MRPL refinery.
