New Delhi, August 22, 2025: India's largest steel manufacturing PSU Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced that the company has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.60/- per equity share of Rs. 10 /- each for the Financial Year 2024-25 (16.00% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company).
According to the filing, the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 has been fixed as Tuesday, 9th September, 2025.

The Final dividend for FY 2024-25, as recommended by the Board, if approved by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be paid (subject to TDS) within 30 days from the date of the approval by the shareholders.
The Revenue of operations for the June quarter is standing at Rs 25.92K crore with a rise of 8.02 per cent. Meanwhile, the Net Income of the company for the first quarter of the financial year 2025 is standing at Rs 744.58 crore.
Shares of SAIL are trading down currently by 1.16 per cent at Rs 121.82 at the BSE.
