New Delhi, January 28, 2026: In a significant diplomatic engagement, Secretary (West) Sibi George met with Mr. Kabalu Milandu Floribert, Director and Head of the Department of International Organization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The meeting, held as part of the inaugural India-DRC UN Consultations, focused on strengthening bilateral ties and coordination on global multilateral platforms.

Secretary George extended India's congratulations to the DRC on its recent election to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
