The order, given by Lauren Middle East Engineering Construction L.L.C., relates to a significant energy infrastructure upgrade project at Mubarraz Island as part of the Abu Dhabi Oil Company (ADOC) development program.

Under the contract, SEPC will install a new Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system, a Nitrogen Generation Unit, and a Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) system. The project is set to be finished by December 2026.

The work includes deploying specialized engineering teams, upgrading piping and instrumentation, and integrating crucial safety systems that are vital for ongoing oil and gas operations. Payments will be linked to milestones, with payments starting 60 days after an approved invoice and progress report are submitted, following ADOC’s contractual guidelines.

This new contract further enhances SEPC’s ability to execute projects internationally and supports its presence in water treatment, road infrastructure, industrial EPC, and mining sectors in India.

The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 262.4% to Rs 8.30 crore, with an 8% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 237.42 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to Q2 FY25.

Shares of SEPC fell 1.17% and currently trade at Rs 10.11 on the BSE.
