• Reservation Break-up: UR-01, OBC(NCL)-01, SC-01, ST-01, EWS-01

• Pay Scale: Rs. 20,500 – 3% – Rs. 79,000

• Total Annual CTC: Approximately Rs. 6.2 Lakhs per year (This includes basic pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, medical reimbursement, insurance, and other company perks).

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Since this recruitment is 100% reserved for Ex-servicemen, the criteria are very specific:

1. Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.

2. Age Limit: The upper age limit is 43 years as on July 1, 2026, for General category candidates. Age relaxation of 3 years is given to OBC (NCL) candidates, and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

3. Education: You must have passed your SSLC (10th standard).

4. Experience: A minimum of 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces is compulsory.

5. Language Skills: You must know how to speak, read, and write in Marathi. This is a mandatory requirement.

6. Medical & Service Record: Your past military record must be "Exemplary" or "Very Good". Your medical category at the time of discharge must be AYE and SHAPE-I. Having fire training is an added advantage.

7. Registration: You must be registered with the District Sainik Welfare Board in Maharashtra.

How Will Candidates Be Selected?

The selection process is straightforward but physically demanding. It involves two main stages held in Pune:

• Stage 1: Physical Endurance Test: Candidates who meet the basic eligibility will first undergo a physical fitness test.

• Stage 2: Written Test: Those who successfully pass the physical test will be shortlisted to sit for a written test.

Important Note: You must bring your original Discharge Book, Pension Payment Order (PPO), and all educational certificates to the testing venue. Without these, you will not be allowed to take the tests.
