SAIL Bokaro Hiring 20 Young Professionals, Engineers and Finance Professionals Can Apply Till July 1
New Delhi: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), has opened applications for 20 Young Professional posts across three levels under its Young Professional Policy. Advertisement No. BSL/R-YP/2026-01 was issued on June 9, 2026, with the online application window opening June 10, 2026.
This is a fixed-term engagement and not a permanent appointment. The policy is designed to bring in specialised skills and expertise from diverse professional backgrounds into one of India's largest integrated steel plants.
Three Levels, 20 Posts
The recruitment spans three seniority levels with increasing experience requirements.
Young Professional-1 covers 10 posts with an upper age limit of 35 years and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Young Professional-2 covers 7 posts with an upper age limit of 38 years and a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.
Young Professional-3 covers 3 posts with an upper age limit of 42 years and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
All age and experience criteria are calculated as on the closing date of the online application, which is July 1, 2026.
Who Can Apply
The essential qualification for all three levels is B.E., B.Tech., CS (Company Secretary), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) from a recognised institution. The post-qualification experience requirement increases with each level at 3, 6, and 10 years respectively.
All Indian nationals who have completed 23 years of age and meet the qualification and experience criteria are eligible to apply. It is important to note that each Role Title mentioned in the detailed advertisement is for one post only.
