RVNL invites EOI to expand market share in Metros, and other electrification works

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has invited Expression of Interest from Indian Companies having experience in Metros, Railways, Highways, Marine & Port Works, Major Bridges, Tunnels, Institutional Buildings, Workshops/Depots, Traction & Power Supply (MRTS/Metro), Railway Electrification, Power Transmission & Distribution, Solar Power Systems, Railway S&T Works, and Telecommunication Works, and various Mechanical works as listed in EQC Section and willing to associate with RVNL for upcoming projects in India & abroad.

U company wishes to expand its market share in various Metros, Railways, Highways, Marine & Port Works, Major Bridges, Tunnels, Institutional Buildings, Workshops/Depots, Traction & Power Supply (MRTS/Metro), Railway Electrification, Power Transmission & Distribution, Solar Power Systems, Railway S&T Works, Telecommunication Works and Mechanical works as listed hereunder in EQC Section-5 in India and abroad.

The validity of the empanelment shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, which may be further extended based on the performance of the empanelled / shortlisted applicants.

The EOI response shall remain valid for the period of 90 days from the date of submission of EOI.

The EOI Submission End Date is 31/12/2025 up to 15:00 Hrs. The EOI processing fees is Rs 8,850-/ (inclusive of 18% GST). The bid opening date is 01.01.2026.

The bidders are required to submit soft copies of their bids electronically on the e-tender Portal, using valid Digital Signature Certificates. The instructions given below are meant to assist the bidders in registering on the e-tender Portal, prepare their bids in accordance with the requirements and submitting their bids online on the e-tender Portal.
