BHEL and Volvo Eicher signs MoU

New Delhi: BHEL and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Limited (VECVL) have signed an MoU for taking up a 'Joint project for development and deployment of Type – IV Cylinders (Hydrogen / CNG) in the Commercial Vehicle Segment'. 

This MoU will pave the way for collaboration in the Hydrogen Value Chain, contributing towards the 'National Hydrogen Mission' of the Government of India, making India Aatmanirbhar

Mr. Upinder Singh Matharu, Director (Power) & Director (HR) – Addl. Charge, BHEL, and Mr. Rajinder Singh Sachdeva, Chief Operating Officer, VECVL, signed the MoU in the presence of other senior officials of BHEL and VECVL.
