GRSE and IRS-CEMSSigns MoUs during India Maritime Week 2025
New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) signed a series of significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) during India Maritime Week 2025, held from 27–31 October 2025, reaffirming its commitment to advancing India’s shipbuilding and maritime capabilities.
An MoU was exchanged between GRSE and IRS-CEMS in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, focusing on collaborative initiatives in ship design, technology development, and maritime innovation.

Under this partnership, both organizations will extend mutual cooperation and necessary support for setting up a state-of-the-art shipbuilding facility, along with ancillary units and a robust supporting ecosystem.

Additionally, GRSE entered into an MoU with the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) during the event. These strategic collaborations underscore GRSE’s proactive role in strengthening indigenous capabilities, fostering innovation, and supporting India’s vision of becoming a global maritime leader.
