MOU Signed between ECIL, Hyderabad & Proengin SAS, France for inhouse manufacturing of TDH & CBRN FPD based Portable Chemical warfare agent detector in India.
New Delhi: Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Dept. of Atomic Energy, is engaged in development/production/integration of multi-disciplinary products, and provides cutting-edge technology solutions in the area of strategic electronics with specific focus on Atomic Energy, Defence, Security and other strategic sectors of national importance.
ECIL signed Memorandum of Understanding on 03 Nov 25 with M/s PROENGIN SAS,, France for indigenous manufacturing of Flame Photometry based Portable Chemical Warfare Agent Detector and Threat Detection Hub box. The MoU was exchanged between Dr. Anesh Kumar Sharma, OS, Director (Technical), ECIL and Mr. Emmanuel Delsart, Vice-President, M/s PROENGIN SAS, France. The MoU was signed by Commodore Neeraj Uday, VSM (Retd), General Manager (HSS & SED), ECIL and Mr. Emmanuel Delsart, M/s PROENGIN SAS, Vice-President, France.

ECIL and M/s PROENGIN SAS, France have agreed to strengthen business cooperation to provide comprehensive CBRN systems & solutions. As a first Step towards this engagement, two main areas of cooperation namely indigenous manufacturing TDH box & FPD based Chemical Detector and business development were identified. Accordingly, the MoU was signed to strengthen co-operation between them through sharing experiences, best practices, capacity building and knowledge in the area of CBRN.
