Kolkata, 20 September 2025: State-run Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) signed a series of Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with strategic partners in the shipbuilding, port, and infrastructure sectors.
Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE, said, “We at GRSE are proud to be a part of this historic program launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to revitalize India’s shipbuilding sector and realize the ambition of positioning India among the world’s top five shipbuilding nations by 2047. * Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla;
* Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata (SMPA);
* Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRCL);
* The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI); and
* Modest Infrastructure Private Limited (MIPL).
