HUDCO signs MoU with NBCC (India) Ltd for construction purpose

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) and NBCC (India) Limited signs MoU on 19th September 2025
New Delhi, 20th September 2025: A strategic signing of a memorandum of Understanding has taken place between Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) and NBCC (India) Limited on 19th September 2025. State-owned Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with another PSU, NBCC (India) Limited.
The nonbinding MoU is for the development of a commercial plot at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh); an institutional plot at Panchkula (Haryana); the construction of additional blocks at the HUDCO Regional Office, Ahmedabad (Gujarat); and the reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex, New Delhi, on a turnkey basis as deposit work.
