NTPC Green Energy Ltd Signs MoU with Govt of Uttar Pradesh for development of Green Hydrogen Projects

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Uttar Pradesh on 22nd January 2026 on the side lines of Word Economic Forum Annual Meeting at Davos Switzerland for development of Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen Projects in Uttar Pradesh.

The agreement has been signed exclusively for the purpose of providing renewable energy solutions for the green hydrogen projects in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The MoU was signed by Sh. Vijay Kiran Anand IAS, CEO, Invest UP & UPSIDA and Shri DMR Panda, Executive Director in the august presence of Hon’ble Minister of Finance & Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Shri Suresh Kumar Khanna and other senior officials from UP Govt. and NTPC/NGEL.
