TCIL and Brahmaputra Infra JV to construct Eklavya Model Schools in West Siang and Lower Subansiri

Government-backed Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd has signed an agreement with Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd to form joint venture for constructing Eklavaya Model Residential School at District West Siang in Arunachal Pradesh.

According to the exchange filing, Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited has signed an agreement with the office of Telcommunication Consultants India Limited ( A Govt of India Enterprise) in the name of Joint Venture Brahmaputra – PKV JV for the execution of the Contract for Construction of EMRS (Eklavya Model Residential School) at Aalo, Village (Combo) Distt West Siang, in the state of Arunachal Pradesh & Construction of EMRS (Eklavya Model Residential School) at Ziro II, Village (Comp) Distt Lower Subansiri, in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is of total amount Rs. 91.49 crore.

The Time period by which the order is to be executed is 24 months. The Nature of order is Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.
