Arvind Kumar Gets Additional Charge as Director Pipelines at Indian Oil
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has assigned Shri Arvind Kumar, currently the Director of Refineries at Indian Oil, to take on the additional role of Director of Pipelines at Indian Oil for three months starting from July 1, 2025. This arrangement will last until a regular appointment is made to the position or until further notice, whichever comes first.

This decision was made following the retirement of Shri Nachimuthu Senthil Kumar, the Director of Pipelines, who left the company on June 30, 2025. He officially ceased to be the Director of the Company on July 1, 2025.
Shri Arvind Kumar joined Indian Oil in 1990 and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in areas like Engineering, Project Management, Materials and Contract Management, and Plant Operations and Maintenance. This includes his roles as Unit Head of Mathura Refinery and Executive Director for Projects.
During his time as Executive Director for Projects in the Refineries Division, Shri Kumar significantly contributed to major Refineries and Petrochemical projects.
