ONGC Announces Leadership Change: Director (Exploration) Superannuates, Additional Charge Appointed — Shri Vikram Saxena (DIN: 10892368), who currently serves as Director (Technology & Field Services), has been given the additional charge of Director (Exploration).

New Delhi – July 1, 2025 – Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) today announced a change in its leadership, with Smt. Sushma Rawat (DIN: 09361428), Director (Exploration), ceasing her tenure due to superannuation as of July 1, 2025.

In a related development, Shri Vikram Saxena (DIN: 10892368), who currently serves as Director (Technology & Field Services), has been given the additional charge of Director (Exploration). This appointment was made via a letter from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, dated June 30, 2025.

Shri Saxena will hold this additional charge for a period of three months starting from July 1, 2025, or until a regular incumbent is appointed to the post, or until further orders, whichever occurs earliest.

The disclosure was made by ONGC's Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Rajni Kant , in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
