Engineers India Ltd announces change in Board of Directors

New Delhi, 21 May 2025: Shri Shambhu Nath Keshri has been appointed as Non-official Independent Director w.e.f. 21.05.2025 on the Board of Engineers India Limited for three years with effect from the date of this communication or until further order, whichever is earlier.

He is a qualified Civil Engineer and has 25 years of experience in humanities and social services. His career has focused on community development, social empowerment, and inclusive growth. Also, he has actively participated in various social welfare programmes across the state.
