The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for appointment of Shri Gopal Krishna Sinha, Additional General Manager, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) to the post of Director (Human Resources), Troop Comforts Limited (TCL).
Mr Sinha has 29 years of experience in HR Management/ Administration/ Client Management/ Team Management in Power and Urban Transportation Sectors.
