Shri Jai Bhagwan Singh (IRAS) deputed to Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd
The Railway Board has selected Shri Jai Bhagwan Singh, an IRAS Officer for deputation to RVNL as Joint General Manager (Finance) at Chandigarh on usual terms of deputation for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, subject to the Government’s approval to the exemption from the rule of immediate absorption for RVNL.

He is serving as Deputy FA&CAO/Pension, Northern Railway. The officer would be relieved to take up new assignment. The central deputation will be counted from 19 September 2025.
