New Delhi, June 2026: NTPC Limited has appointed Atul Kamalakar Desai as Executive Director (Senior Management) with effect from June 8, 2026. The appointment forms part of the company's latest senior management elevation exercise involving 34 officials and was disclosed to BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company's filing, Desai will serve in the Executive Director grade for a tenure of 2.08 years.

Atul Kamalakar Desai joined NTPC Limited on September 5, 1989 and has completed approximately 36.7 years of service with India's largest integrated power utility.
