Sanjay Tandon reappointed as Independent Director on NMDC Board
Shri Sanjay Tandon have been re-appointed as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of NMDC Limited for a period of one year from the date of notification of his re-appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The company has informed the exchanges on 16 April, 2025.

Education Background:
His Early schooling was in Amritsar and later in DAV school, Chandigarh, Preuniversity from DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, and B. Com (Hons.) from Government College, Chandigarh.
He started his CA practice after qualifying in 1986, and over a span of thirty odd years has built the Competent Group. The group has verticals likeAccounting, Auditing, Consulting, Stock Broking, Commodity Broking, Software products, and Co-working spaces. The group carries out many social service activities through their NGO Competent Foundation which works on the motto - Help Ever, Hurt Never.
