Pesb recommended Smt. Nivedita dubey for the post of Member (HR), Airports Authority of India
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Smt. Nivedita Dubey, Regional Executive Director (Eastern Region), Airports Authority of India (AAI), for appointment to the post of Member (Human Resources) at AAI, a Schedule ‘A’ public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Smt. Nivedita Dubey, Regional Executive Director (Eastern Region), Airports Authority of India (AAI), for appointment to the post of Member (Human Resources) at AAI, a Schedule ‘A’ public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
The selection meeting was held recently to identify a suitable candidate for the position responsible for steering AAI’s human resource policies, organizational development, and workforce management across India’s airport network.
A total of eleven senior executives from various organizations appeared before the selection committee. The applicants interviewed were:

Following the interviews and evaluation of credentials, the PESB recommended Smt. Nivedita Dubey for the post of Member (HR), Airports Authority of India.
The position of Member (HR) is a key leadership role in AAI’s top management, overseeing human resource strategy, talent development, and employee welfare initiatives across the organization. The recommendation will now be processed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation for further approval and formal appointment by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
Smt. Dubey, known for her extensive administrative and operational experience within AAI, is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s human capital framework as it continues its modernization and expansion across the country.
