New Delhi, August 26, 2025: The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Rajiv Kumar Sharma for the post of Director (Finance) at Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (Schedule A). The recommendation was made during the PESB's meeting, held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
Nine applicants were interviewed for the position. The candidates included:

Shri Ravi Kumar Ponugumatla, General Manager, Nic India Limited
Shri Himangshu Chakrabarty, Additional General Manager, Thdc India Limited
Shri Ramesh Kumar, Additional General Manager, Ntpc Limited
Shri Sanjay Sinha, Chief General Manager (Finance & Accounts), Gail (India) Limited
Shri Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Additional General Manager, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Bhel)
Following the interviews, the PESB selected and recommended Shri Rajiv Kumar Sharma, who is currently the Additional General Manager for Corporate Internal Audit at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Bhel)
