New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), the Mini-Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has strengthened its board with the appointment of senior Indian Railways officer Shri B. K. Jain as a Part-Time (Official) Director. The appointment, effective from January 28, 2026, brings over three decades of railway infrastructure and project management expertise to the company’s leadership.
Shri B. K. Jain, an IRSE officer of the 1992 batch, currently serves as the Executive Director (L&A) in the Railway Board. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi, his extensive experience in new line construction, doubling projects, and contract management is expected to bolster RVNL’s execution of key national rail infrastructure projects.
