PESB selects Saumitra Priya Srivastava as Director Marketing at IOCL from 12 senior candidates across top PSUs.
PESB recommends IOCL’s Corporate Strategy head, chosen from 12 top contenders
New Delhi. The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB), under the Department of Personnel & Training, has recommended Shri Saumitra Priya Srivastava for the position of Director (Marketing) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). The selection took place during PESB Meeting No. 59/2025 at 11:30 AM on July 14, 2025.
Shri Srivastava currently works as Executive Director of Corporate Strategy at IOCL. He was selected from 12 qualified candidates, including senior officials from IOCL, BPCL, GAIL, NTPC, and Container Corporation of India.

- Dr. Alok Badkul, ED and CEO, FHEL, CONCOR
- Shri Girija Shankar, MD, Green Gas Ltd, GAIL
- Shri Jatinderjit Singh Mann, AGM (Marketing/Consultancy), NTPC
The appointment is part of IOCL’s ongoing effort to improve leadership in its marketing division. It is subject to formal approval by the relevant authorities.
