Shivakumar Subramaniam takes charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd

New Delhi: The Board of Directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCFL) has approved the appointment of Shri. Shivakumar Subramaniam as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company from date of assumption of charge of post, February 13, 2026 till date of his superannuation i.e., July 31,2030, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, in line with order issued by Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.

Further, regarding entrustment of additional charge to Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company, will now be ceased with effect from February 13,2026.

Shri S. Shivakumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA (Finance). He is a certified Costing Module-Consultant. He started his career with RCF in the year 1998 as Senior Officer (Finance). He has more than 27 years' experience in Fertilizer Industry and has handled various areas like Treasury, Taxation, Corporate Accounts, Corporate Financial Strategy, Fertilizer Policy and subsidy and Ministry Co-ordination etc. He has also been actively associated with evaluation of Projects, Project Financing and Investments in Joint Ventures.
