Shri Anil Swarup to be new Coal Secretary

NEW DELHI .   Sjri  Anil Swarup will succeed S K Srivastava as Coal Secretary on November 1. The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP Cadre Swarup has already taken over as OSD in the Ministry.
