New Delhi, 2 February 2026 – Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) announced that Shri Ashutosh Dwivedi, Director (Technical/Project & Planning), has assumed the additional charge of Director (Technical/Operations) following the retirement of Shri S P Singh on Saturday.
