Swapna Tripathy appointed as Non-official Independent Director of Andrew Yule & Co Ltd

Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI), Govt. of India has appointed Ms. Swapna Tripathy as a Non-official Independent Director on the Board of Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. (AYCL) for a period of 3 (three) years, with effect from the date of issue of the notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ms. Swapna Tripathy will assume Directorship of the Company once she acquires her Director Identification Number (DIN), as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
