BCCL Director-Personnel review meet on preparedness of medical facilities in company's hospitals

New Delhi: Director (Personnel), BCCL Mr. PVKRM Rao held an online review meeting Today (17.04.2021) with the Personnel Management and Regional Medical Officers to review the preparedness of medical facilities keeping in view the divisions-19 in all the company's hospitals.

The Director (Personnel) emphasized keeping in mind the recurring growth in the cases of Covid-19 and planning emergency preparedness to deal with covid, and day-to-day operations. The Director (Personnel) motivated the employees to maintain physical distance to the workplace, also insisted on employing sufficient manpower in hospitals to fight Kovid-19. He also motivated everyone to get vaccinated, he himself has already got vaccinated.

From the Coal Bhawan Headquarters, Mr. S. N. Sinha, General Manager (Personnel & O), CMO, and Head of Department (Public Relations) attended the meeting. The General Manager (K&A) asked all the Zonal Personnel Managers to strictly follow the Kovid-19 guidelines distributed from the BCCL Headquarters.

CMO, BCCL asked all regional medical officers to ensure physical distance to hospitals and proper use of PPE kits. He also emphasized on maintaining proper communication between the regions and the headquarters.
