NBCC signs MoU with JK Infrastructure Development Company
New Delhi: NBCC signed an MoU with JK IT Infrastructure Development Company on Jan 4, 2021, to set up IT towers in Jammu & Srinagar at a cost of Rs. 50 Cr each tower. August presence: S/Sh. Manoj Sinha, Lt Governor of J&K; Baseer Ahmad Khan, Advisor to Lt Governor; BVR Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary; Nitishwar Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Lt Governor; Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary, Industries & Commerce Dept: Ankita Kar, MD, JK IT Infra. Dev. Company; PK Gupta, CMD NBCC accompanied by MK Chawla, CGM NBCC, and other dignitaries.
These IT towers to be developed by NBCC, will have world-class amenities such as Raw Incubation space; Raw Office space; Plug and Play; Data room; Conference hall; Finishing school; Work-station; Cafeteria; Gymnasium/Yoga room, etc. The completion deadlines for Towers are 15 months & 17 months in Jammu and Srinagar respectively.
