NLCIL organised Virtual Motivational Speech on Turn Setbacks into Comebacks
New Delhi: Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited (NLCIL) has organised a Virtual Motivational Speech on "Turn Setbacks into Comebacks" by Shri. Shiv Khera a renowned Motivational Speaker & Founder, Qualified Learning Systems) on March 16, 2021.
CMD, Directors, Senior officials, and employees in large number enthusiastically participated and immensely benefited. Also, a documentary film " India Independent" screened as part of the commemoration of " Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements.

NLC India Limited, formerly known as Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited is a 'Navratna' government of India company in the fossil fuel mining sector in India and thermal power generation. It annually produces about 30 million tonnes of Lignite from opencast mines at Neyveli in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India and at Barsingsar in the Bikaner district of Rajasthan state. The lignite is used at pithead thermal power stations of 3640 MW installed capacity to produce electricity. Its joint venture has a 1000 MW thermal power station using coal.
