New Delhi, February 5, 2026: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, has issued a vacancy notice for the post of Group General Manager (Human Resource) on deputation basis. The recruitment is aimed at supporting the execution of the Namo Bharat Project, a high-speed, high-capacity rail-based commuter service across the National Capital Region (NCR).
The selected candidate will oversee human resource management, including manpower planning, recruitment, retention, training and development, performance management, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and ERP implementation. The role also involves acting as the nodal officer for HR matters with the administrative ministry and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility Criteria:

Officers of Organised Group ‘A’ services of the Government of India must be graduates.

Other candidates should hold a graduate degree along with a two-year full-time MBA in HR or equivalent.

Minimum experience: 18 years post-qualification for Group ‘A’ officers or 20 years for executives in central/state government, CPSEs, autonomous bodies, or metro/rail organizations.
Pay Scale:

CDA: Rs. 144,200 – 218,200 (L14)

IDA: Rs. 120,000 – 280,000 (E8)
