Coal India Ltd. organised a HR Conclave of Maharatna CPSEs

New Delhi: While addressing the Conclave, Shri Ranjan spoke about HR transformation and interventions planned to address the future needs of CIL.

Singh, Director (HR) - POWERGRID, Shri Vijayraj, ED - ONGC, Shri Yatindra Dwivedi, ED - HR, POWERGRID, Shri Goutam Datta, CGM - IOCL, Shri D. Parthasarathy, CGM - BPCL and representatives of Deloitte and BCG were present in the event. Discussions on the present trends and future roadmap of HR were held during the Conclave.
