EESL announced Vishal Kapoor as the new CEO
He has been servings as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Power for a combined tenure of seven years.
New Delhi: Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a joint venture of PSUs under the Ministry of Power, Government of India on Wednesday announced Mr. Vishal Kapoor as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of the company.
Earlier he has been servings as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Power for a combined tenure of seven years.
Back in 1995, Kapoor joined Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers, and served as Director Standards (Wagon) at Research Designs and Standards Organization (RDSO), Lucknow under Ministry of Railways, Government of India.
He have a vast experience in Diesel Locomotives maintenance in various capacities: technical, managerial and administrative.
