IGL appoints Dr Simrit Kaur as Additional and Independent Director
Government entity Indraprastha Gas Limited has notified the appointment of Dr. Simrit Kaur as Additional and Independent Director of the Board.
As per the company's exchange filing, This is further to our letter dated May 7, 2024 wherein it was informed that Board in its meeting held on May 7, 2024, appointed Prof. Dr. Simrit Kaur as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company. Her appointment was effective from the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN).

Accordingly, her appointment has become effective from May 15, 2024.
IGL is a joint venture of GAIL, BPCL and Government of Delhi.
