Jal Shakti Ministry unveiled New WAPCOS Logo

Minister of Jal Shakti unveiled the New WAPCOS Logo in the presence of Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary Ji, Hon’ble Minister of State of Jal Shakti, Ms. Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary, DoWR RD & GR, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Shri R. K. Agrawal, Chairman and Managing Director, WAPCOS and other senior officials from Ministry of Jal Shakti and WAPCOS.

On June 25 WAPCOS celebrates 55th Annual day, on the occasion Shri C.R. Paatil Hon’ble Minister of Jal Shakti released WAPCOS‘ Corporate Coffee Table Booklet and Film in presence of Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Hon’ble Minister of State of Jal Shakti.

In the new logo of WAPCOS, the Globe signifies our Global footprints over 75+ countries. Green colour symbolises our commitment for sustainable development in every aspects of company's operation through our projects. Water has been central to Ministry of Jal Shakti and WAPCOS and therefore Blue Waves symbolises our pioneering works, mentioned by the PSU.

The building signifies presence in the infrastructure sector. The electricity sign inside O brings clarity, "our leadership position and our aspirations in power sector."

Ms. Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary, Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma, Additional Secretary, Shri Anand Mohan, Joint Secretary, and other senior officers of DoWR RD & GR, Ministry of Jal Shakti also graced the occasion.
