New Delhi: Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon'ble MoS (I/c) - Ministry of Science & Technology; Ministry of Earth Sciences, MoS - PMO, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy and Department of Space along with Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, Hon'ble Leader of Opposition, J&K Legislative Assembly and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Projects & Technical), NHPC Limited, visited Kishtwar District on 21.12.2024 & reviewed the progress of ongoing Hydro Projects being developed by NHPC/CVPPL/RHPCL in the presence of Head of Project(s) of Ratle, Dulhasti Stage-II, Pakal Dul, Kiru, Kwar & Kirthai-II HE Projects.

Elected Members of the Legislative Assembly from Kishtwar District and Senior Officials from District Administration were also present during the meeting. Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh briefed Hon’ble Minister about the progress of various ongoing & upcoming Hydro Projects in Kishtwar District of UT of J&K.
Hon’ble Minister, while acknowledging the efforts of NHPC/CVPP/RHPC, appreciated the progress of Projects and advised to expedite the completion of these prestigious Projects of National Importance. People’s Representative(s) and District Administration were also advised to extend their support to the Project Authorities.
