NEW DELHI – MMTC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has announced that its Board of Directors will convene next week to consider and approve the company's unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The meeting, the 488th Board Meeting of the company, is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 12:00 hours. The intimation was formally submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 4, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The upcoming results will provide the first half-year overview of the public sector undertaking's performance for the fiscal year 2025-26.
