NBCC in focus as company bags order from Power Finance Corporation
NBCC (India) Ltd has been awarded the interior works for Tower-H at World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi by Power Finance Corporation Limited.

New Delhi, 22 May 2025: Civil Construction PSU Firm, NBCC (India) Ltd has been awarded the interior works for Tower-H at World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi by Power Finance Corporation Limited, at a project cost of Rs 161.55 crore. The state-run company has informed the bourses.
Earlier, the company had informed that it had established a wholly-owned subsidiary of NBCC in Dubai Mainland, UAE. Furthermore, the firm has successfully sold 446 residential units at Aspire Silicon City, PH-IV at Sec-76, Noida, U.P., through an e-auction at a total sale value of approx Rs 1,467.93 crores.
Shares price of NBCC are trading down by 0.22% at Rs 112.96 at BSE. The stock opened at Rs 113.60. The dividend yield is at 0.56% and the market capitalization is at Rs 30.46K crore.
