NHPC Operationalizes Latest Phase of Bikaner Solar Project
The cumulative commercial operation capacity of above project has reached to 160.71 MW out of total 300 MW. The COD of balance part capacity will be intimated in due course.
Bikaner, Rajasthan: State-owned NHPC Limited announced that it has operationalised the third phase of part capacity of 300MW Karnisar Solar Power Project, Bikaner.
NHPC in its exchange filing states, "This is to inform that after successful completion of the trial run on 05.06.2025, NHPC declares the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of 3rd phase of part capacity of 53.57 MW w.e.f. 07.06.2025 of 300 MW Karnisar Solar Power Project, Bikaner.

The cumulative commercial operation capacity of above project has reached to 160.71 MW out of total 300 MW. The COD of balance part capacity will be intimated in due course.
Earlier, in a regulatory filing, the company announced the commercial operation date (COD) for the 107.14 MW capacity part of the total 300 MW project, with effect from April 12, 2025.
