New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, shall be executing key projects in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana.

NBCC will undertake infrastructural development works for the Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agriculture University across multiple campuses in Jhansi, Datia, Newari, and Morena/Khajuraho over the next three years. The project, valued at Rs 331.9 Cr, underscores NBCC's commitment to contributing to the advancement of educational infrastructure in the country.

The development works include the construction of a Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, and Academic buildings comprising of classrooms and labs for Jhansi campus.

Construction of the Auditorium, sports facility, fisheries ponds and hostels shall be done for the Datia Campus. The Office building, training hall and external development shall be executed for Newari Campus and the Academic building and hostel for undergraduates shall be built for Morena/Khajuraho campus. NBCC has already been associated with the university for the execution of various infrastructures.

In another significant development NBCC has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementing the renovation and furnishing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Bhawan in Noida. Under the terms of the MoU signed between NBCC and ICAI in the project's cost is approximately Rs. 24.98 Cr.

The renovation works of a total plot area of 1995 sqm will be done by NBCC which includes dismantling the existing floorings, walls, staircases, lifts, toilets etc and planning, designing, and providing architectural and engineering consultancy services for the office floor layouts, civil works etc.

Other works include terrace PEB works, solar works, stack car parking, sumps, drainages system and various electrical works.

Further, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the High Court of Telangana for the development of a single Court Complex and Residential Quarter in Boath, Adilabad district, Telangana. The MoU, signed on February 18, 2024, marks a significant step towards enhancing the judicial infrastructure in the region.

Principal District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad district, Telangana and Chief General Manager (Engineering), NBCC were the signatories to the agreement.

The ceremony witnessed the presence of the Registrar (Infrastructure), High Court of Telangana along with other esteemed officials from both the High Court and NBCC. The project, with an estimated cost of approximately Rs.12.17 Cr, aims to provide state-of-the-art facilities for the judicial fraternity and ensure the efficient delivery of justice in the region. NBCC through its continued building of judicial infrastructure in the state.

The court complex and residential quarter will be built on an area of 27190 sq ft and 3262 sqft in Boath mandal,50 km away from district headquarters in Adilabad, Telangana. The building will be Divyangjan-friendly and equipped with ramps and lifts. Power back shall be through UPS and DG set.

The campus will be equipped with CCTVs and rainwater pits. These initiatives reflect NBCC's dedication to executing projects of national importance across diverse sectors, including the judiciary, education, and professional services.
