NTPC Bongaigaon bags prestigious awards in CSR and Environment Protection

New Delhi: NTPC Bongaigaon has bagged two prestigious awards by the Greentech Foundation. The power station bagged the trophy in the Environment Protection Category at 22nd Annual Greentech Environment Award 2022 and in Rural Development Category at the 9th Annual Greentech CSR India Awards. Shri Ekonthung Ngullie, AGM (EMG) and Shri Shashi Shekhar, AGM (HR) received the award in a presentation ceremony held at Guwahati on 24th August,2022.

Govt of Assam, Dr. Arup Kumar Mishra, Chairman, Assam Pollution Control Board, Shri Kamleshwar Sharan, Chairman and CEO, Greentech Foundation, Shri Kiran DM, CEO, ONGC Foundation.

Greentech Environment Awards 2022 were presented in recognition of responsible, innovative practices and initiatives towards achieving sustainable goals that minimize carbon footprint, improves environmental protection, and creates long-lasting changes for the benefit of the environment we work and live in.
