NTPC Talcher Kaniha conducts Bhumi Pujan Ceremony for installation of 200 Nos of Solar Street Light at Maa Hingula Temple

Talcher: NTPC Talcher Kaniha, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development initiatives, conducted a momentous Bhumi Pujan Ceremony to mark the commencement of installing 200 solar street lights in the vicinity of Maa Hingula Temple, Gopal Prasad, Talcher.

The installation aims to enhance safety and illumination in the temple premises, facilitating safe travel for devotees.

The Bhumi Pujan Ceremony was held in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, Honourable MLA Talcher, SJ Braja Kishore Pradhan, alongside SJ Ashok Kumar Sehgal, Chief General Manager of NTPC Kaniha, SJ A J Rajkumar, GM(Maintenance), SJ B K Pandey, HoHR of NTPC Kaniha and other officials from NTPC Kaniha.

These solar street lights, a testament to NTPC's commitment to environmental sustainability and community welfare, will be strategically installed in and around the temple area, ensuring well-lit pathways and safer surroundings for devotees visiting Maa Hingula Temple.
