PESB selects D Porpathasekaran for post of Director (Technical), TCIL
PESB interviewed five other applicants apart from him in the selection meeting including three from TCIL.
Currently, Mr. D Porpathasekaran is serving as Principal General Manager, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
New Delhi: Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday 23 March 2022, recommended the name of Mr. D Porpathasekaran for the post of Director(Technical), Telecommunications Consultants (India) Ltd. Currently, he is serving as Principal General Manager, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
PESB interviewed five other applicants apart from him in the selection meeting including Mr. ATUL KUMAR RASTOGI, Executive Director (Other Units), Mr. RAHUL KUMAR GOEL, Executive Director, Mr. SANJEEV JAIN, Chief General Manager from Telecommunications Consultants (India) Ltd.
Mr. AKHILESH KUMAR GUPTA, Deputy Director-General, Indian Telecommunication Service was also interviewed in the meeting.
Moreover, Porpathasekaran can assume the charge of the post, after the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) nod.
