Srinivas, IAS, Secretary, Deptt. of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, GoI in presence of Prof. Dhirendra S. Katti, Director, IIT, Goa and other dignitaries. The award was received by Sh. B. M. Patnaik, CGM (CSR) on behalf of POWERGRID.
