PSU Connect Media organised 1st PSU Badminton Tournament at IGI, New Delhi

New Delhi: India's leading PSU news provider, PSU connect Media organised its first-ever series of badminton tournaments between the Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). Participants from various Public Organizations including SJVN, NBCC, EIL, REC Limited, NTPC, SAIL, POWERGRID, NSIC, EESL etc participated in the tournament.
Shri Atul Sobti, Director General of the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), an apex body of the Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) of India, and Smt. Aarti Yadav, Managing Director, PSU Connect Media Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated the ceremony. Shri Atul Sobti encouraged the move of PSU connect media for organising the tournament. Further, He added that PSEs are doing a lot to encourage sports in the country, and on that note, he motivated the players and encouraged PSEs to continue engaging in more sports activities.

The company follows the idea of organising this series to make the tournament more friendly rather than competitive. Bringing a joyful environment for an employee is more powerful than daily task exercises.
Commenting on that, the company mentioned "PSU Connect Media honors individuals & Organizations for their outstanding contribution towards Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility & Covid Management.
The main objective of conducting these games is to inculcate team spirit among employees, letting them work with other teams and acquire skills like problem-solving, communication and collaboration along the way.
The awards ceremony was graced by Dr. V. K. Garg, Former Chairman and Managing Director of PFC, Former Chairman, of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC). Shri Garg appreciates the efforts of players and the company PSU Connect for organising this tournament.
