New Delhi: The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs headed by Hon’ble Shri Jagdambika Pal, Chairperson visited NBCC built GPRA East Kidwai Nagar premises on 06.09.2022.
The committee was welcomed by Shri P.K. Gupta, CMD, NBCC and the salient features of East Kidwai Nagar project, like Sewage Treatment plant, Solid Waste Management, Control command centre, use of solar panels, solar and LED street lights were explained to the committee members.
The committee also visited some of the developed offices in East Kidwai Nagar office complex and appreciated the commendable work done by NBCC.
Committee stated that East Kidwai Nagar is a perfect example of highly economically viable and environment friendly model with maximum utilization of land comprising sustainable features. NBCC has set a benchmark in project management services by implementing this Project.
